Mama

Yes, once again, I need to catch the blog up, but I wanted to write this quick post tonight...

Makayla, I love you more than you may ever realize. You bring so much joy to my heart. The past few days you've become more "Mama clingy." I will elaborate more on that later. So as I walked into your room tonight to finish your feeding, you looked up at me from your crib and cried out, "Mama," so happily. Then I just held you in my arms for several moments in the rocking chair. You kept looking at me smiling and saying, "Mama." It brought enough tears to my eyes that I had to wipe them with my hand. We shared a few giggles and kisses and I told you repeatedly how much I love you. I thanked God for sharing you with me and giving me the amazing gift of being your Mama. I love you baby girl...my heart overflows...
